The Company was informed that as at 16 November 2005, following the purchase of
a further 2,000,000 Ordinary shares of 0.1p in the Company, Formal Property
Management Services Ltd, ("Formal") now holds a total of 13,000,000 Ordinary
shares, representing 9.08% the Company's issued share capital.
