Exercise of Options

An application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM of 18,349,556 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company (the "New Ordinary Shares"). The New Ordinary Shares have been issued pursuant to the exercise of share options by directors and employees on 30 November 2011. Options were exercised by directors, details of which are set out below:

Admission is expected to occur on 6 December 2011. The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares"). Following admission of the New Ordinary Shares, the enlarged issued share capital of the Company will consist of 455,656,933 Ordinary Shares.

Following the exercise of the options Phillip Blundell, holds 5,091,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.1% of the Company's enlarged issued share capital and Clive Richards holds 27,305,913 Ordinary Shares representing 6.0% of the Company's enlarged issued share capital.
