                       Re Directorate and AGM Statement



At the AGM of the Company held today, the Company announced an immediate
re-organisation of the board, whereby:

  * Brian Gowers has been appointed non-executive chairman of the Company
    and replaces Peter Warry who has resigned as a director to pursue other
    business interests;
  * John Burnett has resigned as a non-executive director of the Company;
    and
  * James Sutherland, the business development director of Netcall Telecom
    Ltd, has been appointed to the Board as sales director

All resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed.

Brian Gowers, chairman of Netcall said today "I would like to thank Peter and
John for their invaluable services to the Company. Jim's appointment reflects
his important contribution to the Group. With the growing acceptance of
QueueBuster TM with blue chip customers, we will continue to focus our
activities on this innovative and powerful product."

David Rothschild, CEO of Netcall, said today "I am delighted that Brian has
decided to accept the role of chairman. His vast experience in the telecoms
industry worldwide has already proved invaluable to Netcall".
