Internet Technology Group plc ("ITG")


ITG was today notified that Mr Oliver Vaughan, a non-executive director of
ITG, yesterday sold 15,000 ordinary shares in ITG at a price of 153p per share
and a further 15,000 shares at a price of 155p per share and today sold 20,000
shares at a price of 152p per share.  Following these disposals, Mr Vaughan is
directly interested in 931,000 ordinary shares (approximately 2.07% of the
issued share capital).

In addition, Mountcashel PLC, a company in which Mr Vaughan has an interest,
is interested in 775,000 ordinary shares (approximately 1.72% of the issued
share capital).
