              Ministry of Sound to launch branded ISP
                                 
ITG,  the  UK's  largest  independent  Internet  Service  Provider
("ISP"),   announces  that  it  has  entered  into  a  partnership
agreement with Ministry of Sound, the original super-club and  now
globally  recognised dance based entertainment group, to launch  a
branded  Internet service (ministryofsound.net)  and  an  Internet
content subscription service within ministryofsound.co.uk.

Under an agreement signed by the Board of ITG today, ITG will                 
operate a dedicated Internet connectivity service for Ministry of             
Sound subscribers.  The service, to be launched on 16 December                
1998, will be aimed at existing online dance music enthusiasts,               
offering conventional Internet access facilities plus free access             
to a restricted  'VIP' area within the highly popular Ministry of             
Sound web site.  VIP subscribers will be offered a range of                   
services including special broadcasts via the Internet, discounts             
on merchandise, and special mix music CDs.                                    

Ministry  of  Sound's new service will be launched from  a  CD-ROM
distributed on the cover of Ministry magazine (January Issue)  and
a  major  online  marketing campaign conducted  by  Online  Magic.
Ministry  magazine currently enjoys a circulation of  61,000  (ABC
figures).  Since  the  re-launch of the web  site  in  June  1998,
traffic  to ministryofsound.co.uk has doubled to over 2.5m  pages.
Monthly  sales of Ministry of Sound merchandise over the  Internet
have risen ten-fold since the launch of their "e-shop" in January.
With Ministry of Sound albums consistently topping the charts  and
total  sales  of over 5 million units, the brand has a  very  high
profile within the target market for Internet access.
