Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified today that Voigt Ingenieure Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, a company controlled by Mr Markus Voigt, a PDMR, sold 2,770 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in Hyder ("Shares") on 21 February and a further 27,267 Shares on 23 February, each at a sale price of 415 pence per share. The disposals reduce to nil the number of ordinary shares Mr Voigt is interested in.
