BILLAM AG FURTHER INCREASES HOLDING IN HENDERSON MORLEY

The Company received notification on 17 September 2004 that, following a 
purchase of 1 million shares on 8 September 2004, and a further 1 million 
shares on 17 September 2004, Billam AG is now interested in 12,611,111 
ordinary shares, representing 4.77% of the issued share capital of the Company.
