Issue of Equity

Pursuant to the exercise of options, the Company has made application to the 
London Stock Exchange for 12,500 new ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company 
to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission 
will become effective on 24th April 2008.  The total number of shares in issue 
will therefore then be 17,395,773.
