The Hilton Food Group Long-Term Incentive Plan 2012 (the "Plan")

In accordance with DTR 3.1.2R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules the Company announces that on 8 May 2013 the following Executive Directors were granted awards under the Plan entitling them to acquire ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares") as summarised below.
