Block Listing Application


Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the Official List for
admission of 305,101 new ordinary shares of 25p each by way of a Block Listing.
The shares are expected to be allotted following the exercise of options in
connection with the Company's options schemes as follows:

Long Term Share Incentive Plan 300,000 shares

Executive Share Option Scheme 5,101 shares


When issued, these shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing
issued ordinary shares of the Company.

It is expected that Admission will occur on 30 November 2007.
