Shareholder Disclosure

Europasia Education Plc ("the Company") has today been notified that Photo
Distribution Ltd ("PDL"), of which EPE director George Allnutt is a director and
shareholder, acquired 125,000 ordinary 5p shares in the Company ("Shares") at
5.75p per share on 19 July 2006. Following the acquisition, PDL holds 125,000
Shares, equal to 0.3% of the Company.

London Asia Capital plc and its subsidiaries today acquired 25,000 Shares at
5.65p and 689,000 Shares at 5.75p per share, increasing its holding from 4.66
million shares, equal to 10.4% of the issued share capital of the Company, to
5.38 million shares, equal to 12.0%.
