Application has today been made for the admission of 9,200,000 ordinary shares
in the Company to be admitted to trading on the Alternative Investment Market
of the London Stock Exchange. These new shares have been issued pursuant to
the conversion in full of #360,000 of the convertible loan stock issued as
part of the consideration on the acquisition of Lottery Monitor Limited.
Dealings in the new shares are expected to commence on 6 April 2000.
