The Company was notified on 21 June 2007 that Mr P A Rooney had purchased on 15
June 2007,  1,500,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.1p in the Company at a price of 1.7p
per share and on 19 June 2007,  1,000,000 shares at a price of 1.7p, bringing
his total holding to 32,750,000 shares representing 14.77% of the Company's
total voting rights.
