                    Clerkenwell Ventures PLC ("the Company") 
                         Cancellation of Trading on AIM 
Further to the announcements of 5 March 2010 and 27 April 2010, and in 
accordance with AIM Rule 15, the Company's ordinary shares will be cancelled 
from trading on AIM with effect from 7a.m. 13 September 2010. 
Further to the distribution already made to the Company's shareholders a second 
distribution is expected to be made in the next two months, prior to the 
liquidation being closed. 
An estimate of this distribution cannot be made at this time as all statutory 
requirements of the liquidation have not yet been completed.
