Consolidated Minerals Limited (ASX:CSM, AIM:CNM, FSE:CMN) advises that Palmary
Enterprises (Australia) Pty Limited ("Palmary") has lodged a notice of change of
interests of substantial holder.

The notice discloses that Palmary has a 74.07% (up from 68.19%) shareholding in
Consolidated Minerals, represented by 183,970,924 fully paid ordinary shares.
The additional shares were acquired upon acceptances of Palmary's takeover
offer.

Credit Suisse Holdings (Australia) Limited ("Credit Suisse") has lodged a Notice
of ceasing to be a substantial holder. Credit Suisse has accepted into Palmary's
takeover offer.
