Consolidated Minerals Limited (ASX:CSM, AIM:CNM, FSE:CMN) advises that Palmary
Enterprises (Australia) Pty Limited ("Palmary") has lodged a notice of change of
interests of substantial holder.

The notice discloses that Palmary has a 61.77% (up from 49.74%) shareholding in
Consolidated Minerals, represented by 153,433,341 fully paid ordinary shares.
The additional shares were acquired upon acceptances of Palmary's takeover offer
and via on-market purchases.
