CLS leases 12,052 sq. ft at Artesian,
Prescot Street
CLS announces that
Médecins Sans Frontières (UK) has exchanged an agreement for a
10-year lease at Artesian, 9 Prescot Street to occupy 12,052 sq. ft
(1,120 sqm) on the fifth floor. It is anticipated the lease will
commence in December 2024 following the completion of fitting out
works to be undertaken by the Landlord.

been sensitively refurbished by CLS to retain many of the
building's 1930s Art Deco features and offers up to 91,000 sq. ft
of premium office space, arranged over eight floors. The property
offers 3,500 sq. ft wi-fi enabled reception / café space with

panoramic views across London and is rated EPC A and a target
BREEAM Excellent rating. The property is located in the areas of
Aldgate and Whitechapel, which offer an eclectic mix of
