Chemetall PLC announces the resignation of Mr Mike Watson with effect from 31st
December 2005. The Company would like to thank Mike for his significant
contribution over the years and wish him luck in his new challenge within the
group.


The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Per Vannerberg as
Managing Director and Mr Rob Rydings as Finance Director. Both these
appointments will become effective on 1St January 2006.
