Result of General Meeting

Further to the circular posted to Shareholders on 17 June 2013 convening a General Meeting, the Company is pleased to announced that at the General Meeting held today, all the resolutions tabled were duly passed.

As a result, the Shares will be cancelled from being listed on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority with effect from 08.00 a.m. on 12 July 2013.
