                          Cancellation of Listing



Following the announcement earlier today that the recommended merger offer by
The Evolution Group PLC for Beeson Gregory has been declared unconditional in
all respects, Beeson Gregory has today applied for cancellation of the trading
of its ordinary 5p shares ("Ordinary Shares") on the London Stock Exchange's
market for listed securities and the listing of its Ordinary Shares on the
Official List of the UKLA.  It is anticipated that such cancellations will take
effect on 22 August 2002, being the date six weeks from the date of the
above-mentioned announcement.
