Restoration to Trading on AIM & ISM

Following the publication of its interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2024, APQ Global Limited, a company incorporated in Guernsey, confirms that its ordinary shares are expected to be restored to trading on AIM at 7.30 a.m. today.

Furthermore, the 3.5 per cent. convertible loan stock 2024 ("CULS") are expected to be restored to trading on ISM at 7.30 a.m. on Monday 2^nd December 2024.
