Result of AGM

APQ Global Limited, a company incorporated in Guernsey , announces that, at its annual general meeting held on 8 August 2023, all resolutions were duly passed.

Resolution 4, 5 & 6 were passed with 71.98% of votes. Resolution 7 was passed with 59.25% of votes. All remaining resolutions passed with over 80% of votes.

The board and company will look to engage with shareholders over the coming weeks and months to understand the disagreement with the remuneration per resolution 4 as well as the rationale for voting against the reappointment of directors in resolution 5-7. The company's key focus is to continue to value add and provide significant growth to the shareholders and all decisions are made with this in mind. The company will ensure shareholders views are taken onboard and we will seek for any concerns across resolutions 5-7 to be addressed.
