June 2024 - Moat Homes Limited announces new Chief
Executive
Moat has announced Gavin Cansfield as
its new Chief Executive.
Gavin will join Moat, a leading
housing association managing over 22,000 homes across southeast
England. His appointment follows a rigorous and competitive
recruitment process, carried out by Moat's Board and a customer-led
panel.
Gavin is currently Chief Executive at
Settle group which owns and manages over 10,000 homes. Gavin has
headed up the Hertfordshire-based housing association since 2015,
drawing upon 30 years of housing experience.
Steve White, Moat's Chair, said
"Gavin brings a wealth of experience to this role, and we're
delighted to welcome him to Moat. He proved to be a stand-out
candidate who shares our vision and dedication to achieving
