Change of Auditor

The Charity announces that it has appointed Crowe Clark Whitehill LLP ("Crowe") as the auditor to the Charity with immediate effect. This appointment was approved by the Trustees at a Governing Body meeting on 2 May 2018.

Grant Thornton LLP has resigned as the Charity's auditor, and has confirmed to the Charity that, in accordance with Section 519 of the Companies Act 2006, there are no circumstances in connection with its resignation which it considers need to be brought to the attention of the Charity's members or creditors. The Charity is grateful to Grant Thornton LLP for many years of professional service.
