Notes (ISIN  XS0268486791), issued  on 6 October 2006 and as more fully
described in the Securities Note approved on 9 October 2006.

The Issuer gives notice that pursuant to the terms of a supplemental agreement
dated 21 May 2007, the Notes were redeemed in full on 22 May 2007.
