                            Resignation of Director


Fii Group Plc announces the resignation of Robert Jackson, Group Chief Executive
and Company Secretary.

Commenting on Mr Jackson's departure Doug Ware, Executive Chairman, said: "
Robert joined the Board last year. He has been instrumental in delivering the
recent Class 1 Circular to shareholders and indicated to the Board  that he
would now like to resign to pursue some of his other business interests.  The
Board has therefore agreed to his request. I am therefore continuing in day to
day control of our trading business."

Gary Feast, a non executive Director, has been appointed Company Secretary.
