The company’s lead therapeutic product candidate is CYP-001, which has completed Phase 2 clinical trial for the treatment of graft versus host disease. It is also involved in the development of CYP-004, which is in Phase 3 clinical trial used for the treatment of osteoarthritis; CYP-006TK, a novel polymercoated silicon wound dressing for diabetic wounds; and Diabetic Foot Ulcer which has completed phase 1 trial for the treatment of non-healing wounds on the feet/lower limbs. Further, it develops Cohort 1 which has completed Phase 1/2 for the treatment of kidney transplant. Cynata Therapeutics Limited has a license arrangement with Fujifilm corporation. The company was formerly known as Eco Quest Limited and changed its name to Cynata Therapeutics Limited in October 2013.
