Castellum Announces Pricing of $3.7 Million Public Offering of Common Stock

(the “Company” and “Castellum”) (NYSE-American: CTM), a cybersecurity, electronic warfare, and software services company focused on the federal government, today announced the pricing of its previously announced public offering of 4,355,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $0.85 per share. Gross proceeds from the offering are expected to be approximately $3.7 million before deducting placement agent fees and estimated offering expenses. Good call man, I've been following and charting this company for a few years now. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to put any money in cause I'm tied up with college and kid club sports.
