Quarterly Activities Update
RentGuarantor (AQSE: RGG), a provider of rent guarantee services
to prospective tenants across the socio-economic spectrum wishing
to rent property in the UK private rental sector, is pleased to
update the market and shareholders on the quarterly activities of
the Company for the three-month period ended 31 December 2022 ("Q4"
or the "Quarter").
Highlights for the Quarter
-- Increased demand and positive market outlook
In Q4 2022, RentGuarantor saw an 11% increase in the number of
guarantees compared to the same period in 2021. The demand for
services from January to December 2022 increased by 71% compared to
the same period in 2021. The market outlook is positive, with the
Company expecting to see even further demand for its services in
2023 and beyond.
-- Attendance at industry conferences
The RentGuarantor team attended a series of industry
conferences, exhibiting at the National Residential Landlords
Association's Landlord Conference and Propertymark's Northwest
& Welsh conferences. The team also attended The Negotiator
Awards.
-- Expansion of the team
RentGuarantor expanded its team to a total of 14 members. This
has led to a substantial increase in enquiries for the
RentGuarantor service, which we expect to onboard during 2023.
-- Publication of investor Q&A
In October 2022, the Company published a Q&A for all
investors and interested parties. Paul Foy, CEO, answered questions
from investors about RentGuarantor's service and the direction of
the Company going forward.
-- RentGuarantor's first anniversary of its listing on Aquis
On 8 December 2022, RentGuarantor commemorated the milestone of
one year since listing on Aquis.
Post period highlight
-- The Company entered into an agreement with Clever Student
Lets Ltd ("Clever Student Lets") for the use of the RentGuarantor
software on Clever Student Lets' student letting platform.
Paul Foy, CEO of RentGuarantor, said:

"During the Quarter we hosted a Q&A and were pleased to
receive a good level of interest and engagement from investors and
interested parties. We also celebrated the one-year milestone since
our Aquis listing. The intention of listing was to grow and expand
our business, which is exactly what we have done, and our team
continues to grow as we see an increase in demand in the market.
Additionally, we have had a strong start to the year with the
signed agreement with Clever Student Lets which, with over 2,500
properties listed, will undoubtedly contribute to further increases
in business for RentGuarantor.
