KULR Technology Group Inc (KULR)

It’s tough to see another group of investors buying into the promise of this company, like I and many others did as well. They invested heavily into BTC and screwed the shareholders by doing so with massive dilution, then an 8:1 reverse split.

They became the owners of over a thousand BitCoin tokens at an average cost of over $103,000 each. Today BTC went under $60,000 for a bit.

The company had approximately $19 million available at end of last 10Q. Their burn rate is about that per quarter. Last quarter they generated just over one million in profits while losing $7million. That’s a net -$6 million Therefore KULR has three months of life left or more dilution and/or another reverse split. Buy all you can people.

When a company’s quarterly revenue is one half of what the quarterly loss is doesn’t bode well for a promising future. If the company HAD ANY DISCIPLINE AT ALL, THIS WOULDN’T CONTINUOUSLY OCCUR. This doesn’t exemplify confidence in management whatsoever..

The analyst narrative points to a fair value of $8.00, yet KULR Technology Group currently trades on a P/S ratio of 10.9x versus 2.8x for the US Electrical industry, a peer average around 1x, and a fair ratio of 4.2x. This combination signals sizable downside risk if sentiment shifts.

Mine aren’t assumptions, they are facts pulled from the 10Q. Once again you attack me personally and not the facts on the post. KULR is currently trading at 500% more than what their industry normally trades at. Lots of downside here. If you take pre split prices, KULR IS LESS THAN $.60 share. You guys buying new are ok. Those of us who held over the years are 10 feet under water.

Risk...You were right about 1 thing: The stock did get to $1.99 3 months ago. But because of your hatred for company and Mo, you could have bought it at $2 (when I added) and doubled your money. Of course, you did not and continue to bash a stock that you once loved. $KULR

I told you that you would be making money off KULR. Congrats! But there is much, much more to make, in my opinion. $KULR

They announced earnings today and it was sad. The revenues increased and costs were suppressed a bit in SG&A and R&D expenses. Net result was a $29 million loss with 70% of that attributable to BTC mark to market loss. That being said they still lost $6 million in the quarter.

Their cash position is $19 million so they have a few months to go before they start selling more shares with the burn rate they’re exhibiting. They did reduce operational cost a bit. I didn’t hear anything from Sean Kantor during the CC. He’s always the one that gives the financial part of these CC’s. I wonder if he’s still with KULR?

Mo did state they’re bringing someone in that can decipher if an order is going to be profitable and good for their business. This is rudimentary in any business and once again EXEMPLIFIES WHY MO SHOULDN’T BE RUNNING ANYTHING!

Is a group called 11th Estate suing KULR? Saw that mentioned on X.com. The recent 10K said there were no current litigations.

This says it all. In their remarks they’re saying the company is in its best position yet for further growth……as if they planned and prepared this horrible performance. Nero is fiddling while Rome is burning.

Fourth Quarter 2025 Financial Results:
Revenues: Revenue decreased 15% to $2,863,961 in the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2025, from $3,370,594 reported in the same year-ago period.
Selling, General and Administrative (SG&A) Expenses: SG&A expenses increased 77% to $7,860,094 in the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2025, from $4,437,032 reported in the same year-ago period.
R&D expenses: R&D expenses in the fourth quarter of 2025 increased to $3,545,372 from $1,246,161 in the same period last year.
Operating Loss: Loss from operations was $15,367,084 for the fourth quarter of 2025, compared to $3,540,864 from the same period last year.
Net Loss: Net loss for the fourth quarter of 2025 increased to $44,261,358, or a loss of $.97 per share, compared to a net loss of $4,620,461, or a loss of $0.16 per share from the same period last year. Higher net loss in the fourth quarter of 2025 was primarily driven by a $28,256,664 mark-to-market loss associated with the Company’s bitcoin holdings.

I’m very surprised that this is still over $2/share with the current mess that the management team has birthed.

Such a high risk stock….hemorrhaging money, distracted management, self opportunistic management and costs out of control. Who wants to buy this equity?

When a company supposedly excels in knowledge, experience and reputation, they certainly should be able to expect their work product to be valuable enough to sell for a profit. Instead we have KULR selling their batteries for a whopping 1% gross profit. Is it the customer who under values the product, or is it KULR that doesn’t appreciate that they might be of better value? This company has some serious issues and the leadership needs to change.

That ain’t saving this money pit. Mo F’d this whole thing up 2 years ago…. There is no recovery, only bankruptcy

I am fairly certain that when you change your business plan due to your agreement/investment going insolvent (exoskeletons) would probably be deemed a material event that was not reported to the shareholders at the time of this event. This is a violation.

From the 10K…Mo made $5 million more this year than in 2024 in salary, stock awards and total compensation. Shawn Carter made $4 million more for 2025. As the shareholders were getting ravaged over the mismanagement of KULR in 2025, the leaders were getting rewarded handsomely. Does anyone else think this seems almost criminal?

This is what KULR is concentrating on…… a business that generated 1% gross profit margin.
“I would also like to address the product sales gross margin of 1% in 2025. KULR ONE gross margin and current production volume reflects the economics of an early stage manufacturing run. Three factors are driving the current cost structure. First, material pricing at current volume is high. Second, fixed facility costs are spread across a production base that has not yet reached high throughput. Third, each new customer program carries engineering and design costs that are concentrated in early production runs before volume scales. As programs mature and volume increases, those program level costs will be absorbed across a larger number of units.”

They have a little over $13 million cash on hand, or about three months worth of losses. They will either start selling their BitCoin or start selling more shares to Cantor Fitzgerald.

The exoskeletons only cost them $7 million. What in the world was he thinking?

This was worse than I expected. I truly feel sorry for those who own this stock. Miscalculation, bumbling, deceit and piss poor management have caught up to KULR. WHAT WAS ONCE A PROMISING STOCK has imploded. Not only should Mo be fired, he should be sued. Never have I witnessed such complete incompetence.
