Buylow2, we just saw a fabulous PR, followed by an 8-k filed with the SEC, introducing our new CEO, which enumerated his credentials, qualifications and experience. Dr. Hauser's stated objectives for HDC include bringing value to the shareholders (of which he is one). I don't see who else we would need to hear from at this point. Who could be more relevant than our new CEO? Anyone else would be speculating, at best. My view is that HDC could not be in better hands. Let's be patient and see what happens.

Buylow2, as to when HDVY can resume trading, your guess is as good as anyone's. What I can tell you is that Dr. Hauser is working as we speak to make that happen. I can also say with confidence that Dr. Hauser is the kind of professional who prefers to DO first and TALK later. Thus, I would not be surprised to see results followed by commentary.

I think that within this next 12 months, we will likely see HDC transformed into a profitable company with a share price that surpasses anything we've seen in the past. If you dig deep enough, you’ll find a slippery, yet profound difference a letter can make, when placed at the end of the misspelled word “Marke.” (Let alone the linguistic crime of verbing the noun Math)

To assume Alan knows bio-MarkeRs, but not (necessarily) the stock MarkeT is specious. If you scan Alan’s background you’ll know he’s created road maps to commercialization in Life Science start-ups, which includes market evaluation and creating necessary funding.

And the fact that Alan took this role, one which most of his compensation is based on the performance of HDVY stock, tells me he sufficiently understands our Expert Market - OTC situation.

Is Alan’s hire a slam dunk for the company? No, but the board chose the perfect candidate to create licensing agreements quickly, establish expertise in deploying SVE/RFE and compete in the biomarker arena (IMHO).

SVM-RFE methodologies for establishing biomarkers are replete in the 85-billion-dollar diagnostics sector (110 billion expected growth in 5 years).

Over 20 years ago, our technology was part of the proteomics revolution, where it isolated (within a seemingly infinite amount of data) a protein fingerprint for ovarian cancer. Now, it is used in genomics along with other applications in sectors which I’ve zero understanding.

After reading the 8K, it’s evident going forward that the board doesn’t want to spend time/money going after infringers, but creating biomarker and other licensing agreements. So again, since we own the patent, we have a fighting chance to achieve this goal.

I suspect and believe a final payment from Intel 12 months from last year's deal to be made for the next CEO to lunch over. Shareholders here as usual will be left with another dog and pony show until all the funds run completely dry.

I hope that Dr. Hauser will do a better job of communicating with the shareholders than we have experienced in the past. In that regard, I think that it is time for an introductory shareholder letter from the new CEO, if nothing more than to give us a contact number and/or an email address where he can be reached, but hopefully more.

With what we know from the latest 8-k my thoughts lean toward Vennwest will back off and may very well contribute/supply the future technology globally.

Now I don't see that today but foresee that ability, also possible distribution globally.

As for our CEO just check out his past foot prints which could be a interesting combination involving California and his past co partner who is into the 3 dimensional attach and possibly a new delivery system (maybe) like the my past interest and even Bill Gates was involved in that idea. No doubt this is the future so in order to move in that medical direction it will take 3 dimensional (digital) insight and delivery to kill cancers with precise actions in genes. Now as to Biomarkers? It looks like Alan's past co-partner is into that and of course like many patents the money comes from the college and the kids do the workings then the patents are shared and or assigned to the company and the company pays a royalty to the college....well something as such as I'm far from a brain scientist.I believe LTD might be able to comment sensibly in this area than me.

Damn I would hate to wait the time all this might transpire but maybe we will move back into biomarker discovery like what Dr. Barnhill started then dropped for whatever reasons.

Yes, which is exactly what Intel did when they attempted to steal our patent by modifying it slightly and then rebranding it as their own at the USPTO. But this time HDC wouldn't need to file an interference patent.

Modifying HDC's patent to create a totally new patent sounds like a good idea, but that would require experts like Guyon and Weston working for HDC, unless Dr. Hauser brings in a new team that could do something like that. Extending the expiration date on the existing patent also seems like a plausible strategy. A third option may be to create new diagnostic tests using SVM-RFE, and market them, which should be within Dr. Hauser's area of expertise. Of course, the forth option would be to collect licensing revenue from existing users of the technology. I am really curious to hear what Dr. Hauser has to say.

USPTO will only extend a patent once Loc and that was done already for 5 years. A modification tweek of the SVM-RFE into a new patent would be the route to take like you suggested. Something with Intel smells to me like it's still in the kitchen however.

My thoughts seems to lean towards our SVM-RFE to be used modified into a new patent allowing the addition of 3 dimensional delivery somewhat like what Exicure was trying to do and if that is the case they will be using what appears to be students in California but do wonder about NW University involving that patent work to date since Exicure is basically BS these days.

If some of that is even close we should have some good days here but looking at our past I can't help to just shake my head and wonder why we haven't filed for bankruptcy yet. Heck we must RS if they are working on the patents again.

Digdeeper17, no shares have traded hands precisely because the stock is currently not tradeable in a retail market. As to your other point, that "the biggest player only owed 2 mill", Neogenomics paid HDC $6.6 million.
I know that you still see no value here, but one well-credentialed expert in the field, who just became our new CEO, does.

No way to predict pps when (if) it restarts trading. The last price was around 0.03 or 0.04 but it was when trial was ahead. Anyway it should be higher than actual 0.001 cent. My av. is 0.04

Not investment advice but I would forewarm anyone to resist leaving GTC sell orders at one price. So if you own shares at $0.03 put a small order @ $0.03 and wait, we've seen crazier things happen in the OTC dumpster. The fact we have a recent 8k, had HDVY not been on "Expert market", this would have ran @ least 5x,10x etc. I know I would have added.

I see. Mankind, you do seem to have an expertise in this area. I do note that in my brokerage account, there is a footnote next to the price of HDVY stock which says in effect, that the price listed is not necessarily the actual price. So even though the price we see is near zero, that doesn't mean that the price paid by broker-dealers is so cheap. If I were to place a buy order, not knowing the real price, it may never get filled, as the public cannot view the actual price. I agree that this is not just disgusting, but anti-competitive under the guise of protecting investors. Look, a simple disclaimer like "buy at your own risk", or "buyer beware" would have been sufficient to protect investors, if that's really all that they were trying to do.

Actually, nothing under the current rule 15c2-11 restricts us mouth-breathers from buying this or any expert stock (unless fraud).
Fact is, the rule is a restriction on MM's prop trading these for personal benefit. Thing is if you post a day order to buy say @ $0.01, MM should automatically go bid there to represent your order (solicited). Next day MM is still bid $0.01 but your day order cancelled, the MM would be liable for a SEC violation. So plain and simple, the $$ sunk into technology @ otc MM divisions is tiny and often times with clients entering and cancelling orders, can present a liability.

Now if HDVY were trading 50m shares per day, you can bet that these MM's firm would be tripping over each other to capture ALL the orderflow and our current restriction would be lifted. This disgusts me as it's anti-competitive, nanny state BS hiding under the guise of "Protecting our clients". Let some soy boy who was gifted a trust to start a hedge fund, gobble up cheap shares.

You bring a very interesting point of view to the table, mankind. Once we learn that HDC has a viable business plan with a growing roster of licensees, it would not be surprising to see institutional investors and HNW individuals take an interest. At near zero, someone of modest means could easily afford to buy all of the available outstanding shares. Then, if HDC were to ever introduce a new diagnostic test using SVM-RFE, that would be a game changer. Welome aboard!

There are roughly 5k small hedge funds 10m-$100m Aum. I’d venture to guess even more that are under $10m. As more information comes out, I wouldn’t be surprised to see a tiny HF try to grab a chunk of shares by clearing out MM’s order books. Even some HNW individual here or overseas with a prime broker relationship could start placing bids in hopes of catching some sellers. Reward to risk is as close to infinite as you can get.

Ou71764, my hunch is that Dr. Hauser is working as we speak to complete the necessary steps to get HDVY relisted on the OTC market. When that day arrives, there should be ample opportunity for investors to add more. A lot will depend on Dr. Hauser's vision for the company, so I am eager to hear what he has to say. Hats off to you, Chazzy, for not giving up all these months! I just wish we were trading so I could add a few shares. I wouldn't go all out until I knew more, but just based on the filing, I'd buy some more.

But they've got to get the financial statements updated so we can start trading again. And then we are owed a detailed update. But whatever is going on, this is welcome news.


Where in heck is the money coming from? You do recall the business technically was non existent yet $180k a year for our CEO. If I didn't know better this sounds like the old Barnhill shuffle. Someone must be financing this and maybe Intel is, who knows?

Absolutely & yes welcomed news....I am doing a bit of history on our new CEO which may indicates in short a new patent mix/blend involving 3D as I indicated 2-3 years ago and even a possible reverse merger but with that a heavy RS. Look it is just me talking so don't read into my thoughts. For what I am thinking the only way this could explode is if there is a new patent and is seen as the "Holy Grail" as we once had hoped.

I have never seen a stock live this long to have a real CEO come in and take charge yes in BS stocks but just maybe we do have the "Holy Grail"

Yes, I believe that we are entitled to know the facts surrounding HDC's sudden, inexplicable withdrawal of its presumably winnable case against Intel, and settling out of court for such a paltry sum. Were the alleged damages not provable? Were the provable damages not great enough to justify a continuation of the case? What is the answer?

First order of business:
Detailed report released from Dr. Hauser with explanation to shareholders on why an Intel settlement was made last year while on way to a patent infringement trial.

Yes, Dr. Hauser must be looking at a clear pathway to make HDC profitable. Otherwise, why accept a performance based position from a company whose stock is virtually worthless?

Dr. Hauser’s actions to take helm for a paltry sum in a field of his expert knowledge, says it all imo. He’s not looking to make 6 figures here.

I think that my point could be made clearer if I rephrased it. First, the idea that HDC lawyers could have claimed lost licensing revenue as part of the damages they were seeking from Intel is now a pointless argument to make, as HDC withdrew and the case was dismissed with prejudice. However, a compelling argument could be made with the USPTO that, even though HDC ostensibly owned the patents to SVM-RFE the whole time, they were not free to monetize it through licensing, because this ownership was tied up in dispute with Intel. Afterall, what company would have forked out money to HDC for a license, when it was not clear who the real owner was? Also, and I think that Zenos made this point, even if the patent is set to expire next year, infringing companies (and there are many) could be compelled to pay licensing fees to HDC for all of the prior years of infringement and up to the date of patent expiration in 2025. The fact that Intel settled is a testament to the validity of HDC's claim of exclusive rights, which could be used as leverage in compelling other infringers to pay up or be sued. We do not know at this point what Dr. Hauser's gameplan is for HDC, which could include not only signing licensing deals (creating a revenue stream), getting HDC compliant with the IRS and SEC (which is a pathway to being relisted on the OTC), but potentially developing new diagnostic tests using SVM-RFE (after all, this is within his area of expertise). I remain very hopeful and now see and agree with Mr. Fromholzer's parting words that HDC has a bright future in the field of AI and medical diagnostics. Not since Dr. Barnhill, has HDC had a CEO who was also an expert in this field.

Yes, I believe that we have one, which is the most important one covering SVM-RFE. I think that a good case could be made with the USPTO to extend the expiration date of this patent because HDC was denied effective use to license the technology during the period of years when the ownership was in dispute with Intel. Eventually, HDC prevailed and the exclusive rights to SVM-RFE technology were awarded to HDC. Incidentally, these lost licensing revenues could have been claimed as incidental/comsequential amages in HDC's lawsuit against Intel, which, alone, could have exceeded the announced settlement amount. IMHO.
