The control block of this shell is 97.2% of the O/S. That block is what will be used for any R/M deal. Good as restricted.

Probably OTC reading the latest filing to become current.
Saw it one night in the tier change page. Took a quick look.

Been buying the last couple days, volume today is me, can’t believe I was able to buy 3.05 to 3.25

I got a good list of sub million share O/S stocks.

I usually only hold true R/M Company plays that are motivated to bring in a new story. Front loading snd sell on the R/M news of control change. Reevaluate the new story coming in if I want to go long.

These shells with a few 100k O/S came to surface with this Rule 15-c, 9/28 drama. So many had to come current. Every night I would hunt the tier change on OTC for the next hot R/M stock play. They had to come Current or they fell into purgatory.
I kicked many off my list snd only held the R/M krews like Synergy, AlphaRidge, SSMmonopoly, and a few independent guys trying to bring in a new story to a clean shell. That’s their business plan.
If there was an old story and went through a R/S, I stayed away. They must be a shell, or a Company looking for a business.
Low float means everything to me. Front loading and Bid sit.
And these with a wide spread just take time to sit. No volume is expected.

I set a number of tiny ghost orders on the BID. $4.00? Not ready to go that high.
Your not going to get a big dump of shares.
so try and get the few that are given up.
Give it a few months.
I get the idea no one wants this to run through the ceiling.
Yet!

I here watching, I love the SS. Will buy slowly that’s the only way

Like so many sub million shares floats that surfaced from the 9/28 drama, a spread so wide it will keep volume away.
No one will fall on that sword till news..
