They are not just “building a small development”. They have many developments (which they own) already. Furthermore, look into agroforestry, and the structure of their business model. But maybe you should look into ECI Development… For which, Mr. Hiebert serves as COO and CDO. Maybe you should DO your due diligence and look into EcoVillages. Maybe look into Veritas Village. Just a couple pointers so you can DO some due diligence.

Sure, here's your problem. The companies Twitter account has 50 followers. My dog has more. The CEO who has been in the Eco villages business for 25 years has 1300 followers on his Twitter account. My eight year-old daughter has more. So explain to me how this is a good investment.

There is a lot happening at this "little company", and its CEO has been buying shares on the open market. No change to the float in 1 year, and new financials to come out shortly, it's on a path much higher!!
