Why would it delist? They haven't even received notice of non compliance from Nasdaq yet. They get 6 months to cure and then another 6 month extension. They literally have until June of 2025 before this becomes an issue.

To all $LQR retail investors and CEO Sean Dolinger.... please Google Robinhood lawsuit against seven brokers. Then look up Judge Lorna Schofield Southern District of New York. Read her ruling.

Her ruling is the first major step in protecting retail investors and opens the door to get discovery on all trades after they have been routed.

Just watched The PP Show last night. Sean Dolinger was excellent in presenting the facts.
How can this ticker trade 15 million shares in one day with only 3 million flaot.
Many FTDs as well due to rule 203-2b fill order before locating shares.
Also DTCC CNS program allows market makers to "borrow" unlimited number of shares of ANY ticker and helps market makers to attack the share price.

SEC AND ALL, know what is going on with everything in this illegal market. Overstock lawsuit is proof they know.
