Ran across the latest filing in the LIFEMD, INC et al v. LAMARCO et al case. Seems that Lamarco's lawyers got a smackdown on their "Motion to Reconsider its Motion to Dismiss" - the court responded with a "DENIED" in capital letters.

One statement that stood out of the filing was:

A motion for reconsideration addresses only factual and legal maters that the Court may have overlooked.... It is improper on a motion for reconsideration to ask the Court to rethink what [it] had already thought through - rightly or wrongly.

Judges typically don't appreciate being told what to do, how to do it, and especially questioned on what they've already ruled on.

Wow. Can you spell LifeMD without Life....which there doesn't seem to be much around here recently.

Just noticed that last week that Judge Stickman is allowing the LifeMD case against Lamarco and Culper to continue - albeit two counts being dismissed. The remaining counts are basically along the lines of defamation and libel that has the potential to set some legal precedents...and not in the favor of those making negative "opinions". Very interesting read in the court filings.

Riley’s option) (the “Common Shares”), par value $0.01 per share, of the Company at a public offering price of $6.00 per share of common stock, prior to deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses (the “Common Stock Offering”). The Preferred Stock Offering and Common Stock Offering collectively referred to as the “Offerings”, closed on October 4, 2021. Net proceeds after deducting the underwriting discounts and commissions, the structuring fee and estimated offering expenses payable by the Company, but before repayment of debt, from the Offerings was approximately $55.3 million. The Company used a portion of the net proceeds to pay the $15.0 million outstanding on the June 1, 2021 Purchase Agreement and intends to use the remaining net proceeds to fund the segregated dividend account, for working capital and general corporate purposes including, but not limited to, new patient customer acquisition expenses and capital expenditures.

Looking at the delayed trades it's pretty evenly split between buying and selling.

Looks like someone is fishing for stop losses. Any idea what the short interest is on LFMD? I'm too lazy to go digging.

I really think LFMD, telemedicine, and this pandemic really showed the world that you CAN get basic healthcare guidance and maintenance without dragging your infected carcass into a public doctor/hospital setting.

I don't own LFMD but I like it and seriously dislike Culper.

Not sure why but it lacks buying
