A motion for reconsideration addresses only factual and legal maters that the Court may have overlooked.... It is improper on a motion for reconsideration to ask the Court to rethink what [it] had already thought through - rightly or wrongly.

Judges typically don't appreciate being told what to do, how to do it, and especially questioned on what they've already ruled on.

Just noticed that last week that Judge Stickman is allowing the LifeMD case against Lamarco and Culper to continue - albeit two counts being dismissed. The remaining counts are basically along the lines of defamation and libel that has the potential to set some legal precedents...and not in the favor of those making negative "opinions". Very interesting read in the court filings.
