BUDAPEST--Hungary-based central European oil and gas firm MOL Nyrt.'s board of directors recommended to pay out 50 billion forints ($174 million) of dividend after the company's 2014 results, MOL said in a stock exchange filing Monday.

MAIN Facts:

-- MOL paid a dividend of 60 billion forints after the firm's 2013 earnings.

-- The company generated consolidated net profit of HUF4.8 billion last year.

-- MOL will hold its annual general meeting on Apr. 16.

-- MOL closed trading down 0.5% at HUF11,910.
