BlackRock Natural Resources A (MDGRX) seeks capital
appreciation. The fund focuses on purchasing equity securities of
companies with significant natural resources assets. It may also
invest in instruments whose value depends on the market value of a
particular natural resource asset. The fund has a three year
annualized return of 5.57%.
The BlackRock mutual fund has a minimum initial investment of
$1,000 and an expense ratio of 1.12% compared to a category average
of 1.58%.
BlackRock All-Cap Energy & Resources Investor A
(BACAX) invests the majority of its assets in equity securities of
global energy and natural resources companies and companies in
related businesses. A minimum of 25% of its assets are invested in
energy or natural resources firms. The fund has a three year
annualized return of 0.45%.
Denis Walsh, III is the fund manager and he has managed this
BlackRock mutual fund since 2005.
BlackRock High Yield Bond A (BHYAX) seeks maximum total
return. The fund invests a large share of its assets in high
yielding junk bonds in order to maximize total returns. The fund
may invest a maximum of 30% of its assets in non U.S denominated
foreign bonds primarily to generate returns. The fund has a three
