Other than whomever dumped the stock yesterday ... not looking like folks willing to sell today.
I managed to pick off only 500 shares are $3.50 earlier this morning. Was bidding for more than that but someone also been stepping in front of me throughout the day.

I did post the link in a prior comment and I think that's still available to register and listen too.

I took Yaldoo as stumbling a bit .... and it is rather awkward for a BoD member who is not a day to day employee to be presenting a company to investors. Honestly first time I've ever seen that as main presenter.

He read what appeared to be a prepared statement and didn't follow what would have been the slide presentation. His prepared remarks went on for about 8 or 9 minutes.

Then it was opened fairly quickly to questions. And honestly thought the Q&A part was much better. Some of the questions led to getting more color on things. Greg from ZWorldwide was very informative and his commentary flowed nicely. Obvious he is on the front lines of what's being contemplated. When I say not able to answer some questions that's probably something you'd have to view the replay to see and it was mainly Yaldoo. I didn't really take notes on anything.

The avenues being explored for the algae cover multiple verticals. The algae as an ingredient on multiple fronts and potential replacement for spirulina in most "green" formulae. Apparently testing other modes of delivery like gummies which is top delivery method these days for supplements. Kinda felt like gummies was coming fast. But I believe very little on this company until it actually happens. A number of items were couched under "NDA" status and couldn't be discusses specifically other than to say they are working on it with other companies.

The license for coccidiosis .... the partner doing a dosing study now .... and have a 90 day exclusive negotiating period afterwards .. assuming they don't run into any issues ..... so Septemberish maybe.

It's wait and see. From my perspective I might average up here and take in a few shares in the $3s if I can get them. This spread is silly ridiculous.

Amigo, I appreciate you listening in on the call and reporting back to the group. That said, can you provide any color as to the type of questions that were asked? I'm bummed that they were NOT able to answer some questions. Curious as to what questions they couldn't answer??

You are only now realizing the company is run by morons? Grandpa has finally been sidelined and now we have a Midwest small businessman hawking the company out of desperation since he has sunk his fortune into it and watched his net worth go up in flames.

My opinion after listening to the presentation .... again and still .... ZIVO needs to get their shit together for public presentations. Not being able to answer some questions that should roll off the tongue isn't good.

That said it surely sounds like ZWorldwide thinks they have multiple new revenue streams in various stages of conversation up to full POCs. Also finally talking about ZIVO algae being compared to spirulina and having a more favorable protein, antioxidant, fiber and overall nutritional profile.

We need something over the finishline YESTERDAY.

Everyone apparently recognizes Zivo product is better .... and the molecule ... very likely a new class of therapeutic. But here we still are ..... no commercial deals.

Interesting...I agree that I hope Payne is NOT delivering the presentation as I do thought he did a poor job last year. Hopefully someone on this board can listen/participate and provide feedback. (I have a 1:45 tee time)

Additional "news" that isn't on really on anyone's radar .....

The fully diluted number here is roughly 6.35 million shares.
The public warrants should be expiring June 2nd. Roughly 495,000 potentially dilutive shares gone.
Resulting in a drop to roughly 5.85 million shares.

So if one were tracking that ... shares are more valuable come next week. LOL

And I'm sure folks didn't really look over the disclosure filings all the much but there is this as well We are also collaborating with the University of Georgia who is conducting a project titled “Harnessing the Power of Nutrition against Avian Influenza” under an HPAIV Poultry Innovation Grand Challenge award. This project will study the additive effect of different compounds on High Pathogenicity Avian Influenza Virus (HPAIV) infection and disease outcomes. The study will screen multiple compounds, including a formulation of ZIVO’s, to assess potential synergistic or additive effects against AI. If you recall ZIVO did not directly win a grant from the US Gov't APHIS program ..... however University of Georgia won multiple grants ...... the above mentioned grant in particular for $1.8 million.

Surprise update this evening.

For those that thought coccidiosis disappeared ...... ZIVO is saying quite the opposite.

This one smells like the animal pharma again is squelching ZIVO's ability to share more information. And very clear these animal pharmas are not allowing their names to be used. Still wanna know who this is. But obvious ZIVO not able to disclose.

The "update" is quite minimalist but the key words on this one IMO Under the agreement, our collaborator will conduct a coccidiosis challenge study that is designed to determine the minimum effective dose of our proprietary biological candidate under commercially relevant conditions. The study is expected to support regulatory advancement and further assess the product’s commercial potential. "Commercially relevant conditions". "support regulatory advancement"

Fact is we already know this works. So now under commercial conditions which I take to mean potentially thousands of chickens, what's the minimum dose that is effective. That in essence provides the data needed to determine commercial cost of effectiveness and economic viability.

I would think this is likely the largest scale test to date. We know the grow.cycle on these chickens is 42 days. Once again no timing from ZIVO. We are at the end of May. I'd guess this would begin in June and finish late July. Results in August.

Movement in the right direction IMO.

SGA cut roughly in half to $739k compared to $1.439 million last year. Slashing expenses.

R&D basically dropped 90%.

New CFO no details.
New accountant/auditor.
New IR rep but same company. Need to drop that like hot potato too cause they do nothing.

Not much else to write home about or new insights into things although language used surrounding CYAN makes it sound like they are in ramp process. Last I know grow cycle for the algae is down to roughly 14 days so startup shouldn't take very long.

At this point in time .... I tend to agree that Payne isn't the guy.

He certainly got us in the door with some major pharmas ..... but my opinion is the major pharmas could have been presented the cure for cancer .... but if they can't patent it and create a monopoly for themselves .... they aren't likely to get involved.

IMO the exclusive with ZWorldwide has been a bust. The algae has numerous potential applications yet we are selling it for years now through 1 guy whose sales are a sad joke. Dunno if the contract had minimum revenue generation amounts in it ..... but this guy isn't getting it done. Need correct persons in the right areas to sell this thing into the mainstream.

Given this guy is the exclusive distributor, he must be the one with contact for the expected sales increase. But again Payne is horrific in communications ..... signed CYAN for added production in anticipation of new sales ...... without saying which year they'd be up and ready. So are we waiting on the ZWorldWide guy ... or is a deal waiting on CYAN to come up to commerical scale ..... WHAT'S THE HOLD UP ?

Payne isn't an algae guy .... he's an establishment pharma guy. If we aren't making a pharma deal ..... need someone else who can drive the sales train.

Well it looks like ZIVO officially moved to the OTC ID tier today. No more delinquency flag for reporting on the OTC Markets site.
So looks like that's official at this point as long as they continue the disclosure requirements associated with that listing.

If anyone bothers to read through the annual disclosure filed ..... ZIVO lists a guy named Guillermo Navarro as CFO in keeping up with communications to investors .... LOL.

Otherwise it dont say much.
Another disclosure is due by end of week for the 1st qtr.

It looks like ZIVO over last couple days starting to file the disclosures that I think are necessary to keep the stock from dropping to the pink sheets and to maintain an OTCID listing. That is good news IMO. One of the items I have on my list to be cleared up.

You have to wonder what maggiore and Yaldoo thinking knowing the money they sunk into this turd the last 15 years could have been 10X higher with any number of blue chip tech stocks. Painful.

The ask side of this thing was looking VERY VERY thin earlier today.
But I will say .... just my perception at the moment .... the seller comes to play for most of the day but usually packs up and goes home before 3 PM EST.

Kinda has that look today with someone trying to buy late.

Based on Mike stating someone on StockTwits is pumping this...that's likely where all this volume is coming from. And guess what, as soon as they stop and/or their volume dries up because it doesn't "move up" like they think...ya, watch them trip all over each other to get out with no liquidity. lol

I was contemplating getting back in until I heard that...now, gotta let them puke on themselves first. 😂

PS- unless they can REALLY get the volume cranked up and create the exit liquidity themselves. No idea who it is, don't follow that crap anymore.

Looks like a few nice size Buys going across today!

Was just doing a bit of research on the outstanding and fully diluted number.

There were roughly 2.3 million warrants and options outstanding last year (YE 2024) .... probably a few more than that.

But in essence about 1.2 million in outstanding registered and unregistered warrants.
Looking at the last 10k from 2024 ..... 675K+ outstanding unregistered warrants. Of those by current date, the vast majority of those have or are about to expire .... leaving an estimated 275K warrants mostly owned by Armistice Capital (249k)

Registered warrants are the publicly traded warrants which encompass 495K shares. Those expire pretty much expire in a week or so.

So in total ...... the ~1.2 million in outstanding warrants since the 2024 10K are down to about 300K remaining assuming the public warrants are not extended. I'm sure some new ones were issued with 10% coverage on some of the 2025 private placements but not many. So for a company with only 4 million shares out, dropping close to 900K warrants for the potential dilution pool is alot.

The Options total ~1.1 million and is tied to mgmt incentive awards that have a longer time period and aren't going away soon.

But overall ALOT of warrants have or will be shortly dropping off the fully diluted number. Stock price going to reflect that ? Prolly not. =)

Buyers seemed to lap things up today. Kinda surprised more stock wasn't offered and I think it closed with the high ask of the day. Let's see what the rest of the week brings.

Buyers seem "willing" to step up more aggressively so far this morning.
Be interesting to see how long it lasts and whether sellers keep providing supply. Some size at 1.40.

Personally if I'm a buyer I wouldn't chase it up the ladder cause I don't have a reason to own it beyond speculating at this point. Still too much unknown.

Mike- "hidden size" and orders crossing that are double or triple what daily volume has been for over a year (prior to this recent time period) are not normal is my point.

This morning the orders are more transparent, but judging from your comment...let's see if it stays that way.

The "hidden size" ..... is also common. You certainly don't want to show your size intent if you don't have to when either buying or selling.
When I can .... I almost never show my real buy or sell side intent for certain stocks.

Of course I don't have a crystal ball ... but 1.20 area seems to be an equilibrium point for now.

And wow .... buyers to open. Some of that likely from a literal "twit" on stocktwits who after bashing the company endlessly .... is now bullish.

I too made a few small purchases last week and was surprised that the 1.20 held when it was only showing 100 to 200 shares at the Ask. I would have thought it would have closed higher since the percentage of Buy's on Friday were over 90%

I understand all of that...

My original post/point was surmising the plausibility that someone(s) are exchanging shares on the open market given the constant hidden "sizeable" action (term used loosely and relative to prior action) around 1.20 last week.

We'll see if that continues this week.

And I dont have an issue with it. Wouldn't expect open market purchase.

He's funding the company. He's been funding the company. More or less continuing his support even with the stock tanking as it has. Cause if stock goes to zero or stock disappears, equity is lost.

Wouldn't be shocked if others also provided funding. Sez to me that he knows more than we do.

I get the point of "dilution". But anyone here has option to buy the stock and maintain your ownership % if you are inclined to do so. And as i mentioned couple posts back, unless ZIVO decides to extend the public warrants, there will be more than 500,000 potential shares falling off the fully diluted number within days. I have to go back and look but believe there are other warrants / options falling off the FD ledger as well. Perfectly fine by me. Is stock gonna rise cause the FD number actually gonna fall ? LOL nobody's watching the close and isnt a reason to buy for where this company is.

Up to the individual to decide when is right.
I toe dipped with fun money on Friday not knowing the insider purchase happened. I may continue to do so depending on the action and any potential new information.
