Well it looks like that seller got nibbled on a bit more today. Down to just over 1200 shares left from that offer large offer sitting on the market for well over a week.
Someone continuing to pick up warrants.

And the only incompetence is that of those seeing imaginary declines.

On its predictable downward end of the year trajectory due to incompetent leadership. Maybe they want to buy more cheap stock, or is there “one more study” soon to be announced?

Just catching up and you are right the warrants have been trading that last few days...that is interesting in that if there was something brewing in the background and you wanted to gain some leverage the warrants would be the vehicle.

The stock is holding up with thin wonky trading in the last 10 days or so. Why no news is frustrating to the say the least

$21 is wide open at the moment to clean out this seller ...... but seems the interest is heavy in the warrants at this point. Continuing from last week ...... 34K on the bid at .85 just under the market. That's another hefty bet.

Continue to see small offers step in front of the larger offer at $21. Geezus people c'mon.

And someone hit the warrants with sizable action a little bit ago. Much much larger activity than normal. Wondering if that is a good sign. Over 25K so far and nice bounce in price.

Payne has no problem putting out communications for his pet marijuana business, but nothing for Zivo. This company needs an energetic full-time CEO.

ZIVO stock is still holding up fairly strong against continued selling. The stock is still trying to absorb a seller who started out showing more than 7500 shares ..... it is now down to just under 2700 shares at $21.00 offered. Unfortunately other sellers have stepped in front of the large bidder and prevented buyers from hitting him more often to clean him out. But it is what it is.

The order size has slowly come down along with a drop in the original offer price. Matter of time to see whether it gets lowered again but the bid side has been fairly weak in recent days.

Don't y'all love watching paint dry and hearing zippo from ZIVO ? Not even a little hint in the qtrly filing.

If you believe ZIVO is working a license for coccidiosis with a major animal pharma, there is no reason to sell here and even these prices are still below historical valuation .... and add a license on top ..... $20 is still to low. It's at least a $50 stock with a coccidiosis license assuming the scope is fairly broad and potentially worldwide. The validation by major animal pharma. The first PROVEN non antibiotic treatment option. First innovation in the space in 60 years. And VERY HIGHLY LIKELY applicable to more animal species than just broiler chickens.

Some interesting stuff after the 10Q. 8K posted reaching a payment agreement on some convertible debt with Howard Shapiro.

Shapiro used to be a 5% owner in ZIVO back in the day. Dunno what level of stock ownership he has any more but used to have millions of shares .... of course before RS and dilution over the years. Wonder if he still has a nice chunk ....... But it was interesting to see his name in the filings and that he was the owner of the old convertibles still on the books.

ZIVO settling the debt via payments over the next 2 years akin to simply paying off a loan.
10Q was interesting. Moving HQ again to Troy Michigan next year. Unfortunately did not see any "hints" as to ZIVO's current business activities i.e ... potentially negotiating a license.

Large offer puts the brakes on rally and shows it to market .... LOL. Then others step in front of it to sell cause largest order gets the action for same price ... large offer don't get hit ....... large offer persists and tired of waiting ..... large offer lowers to get hit. SMH

Oh well large offer dropped to lower price and got hit for 1800 so far. 3700+ remain.

Need some news from ZIVO on where things stand.

We just need ZIVO executives and their contracted investor relations to put in a modicum of effort.

Tony, I couldn't agree with you more...Natural vaccines are becoming more and more main stream and the traditional vaccine companies will need to add/catch up so maybe ZIVO could be an easy target with all of there intellectual properties. Just even getting lumped in the category could jump start the stock price in the very near future!

RFK leading HHS. Hopefully Payne doesn’t blow this prime opportunity. There will be huge demand for natural therapeutics and big pharma will be under alot of scrutiny.

Market taking a bite out of that large offer. 1400 shares ..... after the MM standing in front by a penny was removed from the equation. Will have to see if he comes back.

Nice volume for midday. Maybe someone been looking for some size but nibbling instead trying not to push the price too fast. Well if that is the case .... now is time to get that size.

The game is still being played.

MM stepping in front of big offer at 21.50 not allowing it to be nibbled on. Yeah it got hit for a couple hundred before MM jumped in front. Now the bid has thinned bigtime which isn't something I'd like to see here.

These pharma deals I know take time to make happen. And surely no different here. The question is how much talking is going on and at what level ? Hard to say. Also tough to understand what if anything else ZIVO is doing. Again a product of the very poor level of communication.

Ultimately I usually take my cues from insider action and the trading. We have recently seen the CEO and director step up and buy stock. CEO first purchase ever of ZIVO stock. So the insiders are confident IMO. And I still think ZIVO is undervalued for even the $20 level given the validation tests.

So .... I wait ...... tough to do ... but it is what it is.

Better volume today but none of it hit the offer at 21.50.

Yeah,

This is game being played ..... a guess there is a real seller ... but another MM sitting a penny in front only showing 100 shares. That MM has been hit already for more than 100 shares but hasn't moved out of the way. Happens all the time.

So need some decent interest to burn through this offer. Given the size though ...... buyers usually aren't all that willing to go get it unless there is news enough to support it. Just dunno if ZIVO has something for us in the short term or not.

My opinion is out there. I think ZIVO is at license stage for coccidiosis. Which to me makes holding a better play than selling ... and especially size like that .... a bit strange but I get it after the large run up this year. The run does not have to end ... LOL. Hell I'd be looking for at least $50 with a coccidiosis license.

Well, we are getting close to the 21.50 and hopefully with a little push today we start chewing on our seller.
If he was a desperate seller he would have dumped at open market but who knows maybe he sells half the position and pulls the order and places at a higher level.

Well our seller is back at the 21.50 level.

I don't get it .... I surely get selling given the rise of the past year but not that kinda size .... when it is probably at least a week's worth of volume.

Maybe we will be surprised and someone will take it out but if anything like the battle around $20 .... I'd probably expect this to flatten out again.

Don't ya just love it when an investor submits an offer to sell for 7500 shares at 21.50 .... when the stock averages less than 20% of that number for trading on any given day ???

Unless you are a forced sale, that is just dumb and counterintuitive no chance for even allowing the stock to continue to rise potentially to sell some at higher prices.

BLEED IT OUT ........ geezus.

Anyway it appears there might be some renewed interest in the stock. Hope that offer gets scooped fast and then ZIVO drops news making that sell look bad. =)

Yeah, we had some small share selling but if you look at the 52 week range we are now at .48 to 22.15 !!!! This is a huge swing!!!
This tells me something BIG is on the horizon because this has gone up on virtually one positive news release that was dropped on us back in January!!

There might have been some sellers yesterday but the BUYERS are still buying and supporting the stock!

JV, License or good ol' fashion BUYOUT is fine by me!!

Looks like more sellers stepping to the window and getting absorbed later in the afternoon today.

The strength is .... well ..... highly unusual for this stock. Let's see if it continues. Gotta lien towards a licensing deal is on the horizon.

And yeah $222 would be a fantastic number to hit. I think that's a bit over $1 Billion with a "B" valuation. I certainly think that is possible with human and animal verticals possible with this but of course that would take alot of validations and deals occurring.

Some not very large bids but in size greater than the offer showing and creeping higher. I guess the seller at $20 level has be cleaned out or backed off for the time being.

The macro situation is very favorable for small and micros caps ..... and risk assets.
ZIVO still not quite back to historical valuations despite even better product candidate results and major animal pharmas paying for validation tests.
Coccidiosis license has got to be in the cards right now. It surely would be helpful is ZIVO gave some indications of what the current situation is across multiple fronts.

Frankly I'd still prefer a buyout ...... and get this thing over with but buyout is only likely if the price tag is north of $100 given the animal and human vertical possibilities associated with inflammation in the body.

In addition the prior bid for 2700 at 18.50 was still being displayed in addition to new bid.

Now we are talkin' more sizable monetary buys which i see as good news.

Poultry is such a large staple in our diets and any company looking to improve the health of poultry is on the forefront of this movement.

I was just going to comment on that. Seems the offer side is either hiding the outstanding overhang that has been out there for a couple weeks now ..... or its been pulled back .... and our $18.50 bidder for 2700 shares is back today.

Offer side has 800 shares at 19.95 but is otherwise ....... very very thin there.

Not sure if there is anything that we can extrapolate from that ..... but I have mentioned the chart is squeezing into a wedge where we've had higher lows for a couple weeks while having a lid on the stock in the $20 area. Here is the chart to visualize what I'm talking about for the last couple weeks.

MAs are set to some of my favorites that I use for analyzing stock charts. 13DMA is already at 19.33. 34 DMA is 18.56 and 55DMA 15.82. So they are catching up. Similar action happened at the beginning of 2024 which later resulted in long consolidation.

The difference this time is I think ZIVO is engaged with at least 1 major animal pharma after the latest test .... that the animal pharma paid for and validated all the results. So they can certainly still walk away but ...... it would not make sense to me given the tests they did and the very positive ... statistically significant .... results ... across the broad spectrum of coccidiosis disease management options. I could be totally wrong of course ..... and animal pharma might see it different .... which is why I have been wanting to see pressure ramped up for non antibiotics ...... but it just doesn't make sense to me for an animal pharma ... especially if it is one that is not at the top of the heap ..... to not jump on a license here.

Sadly we just dunno how long it is gonna take or what else ZIVO has going. I also feel like the results for chickens should signal the potential viability in other verticals of similar species like turkeys. So I could also see potential for a license in more than 1 vertical even. But ...damn .... we're flying blind here as to engagement and possible timing. And if ZIVO is engaged on a license ..... I'd guess they'd not be talking about it.

So we are kinda in that place where ......... ya gotta own it ... ... or place your last bets ...... to be in for the rocket launch ..... if a license happens to be announced ........ otherwise it's watching "paint dry" unfortunately.

I'm not sure Payne has to do alot of "selling". I think the mandated test results speak for themselves. You couldn't have had a better outcome outside of a cure.

Thought we might get some action in the stock yesterday but that nice sized bid is either gone or covered up at the moment. So not sure it is still there.
Regardless, it kinda looks like the stock is back to "watching paint dry" mode here with the volume tailing off. Sellers kinda put up a wall around the $20 mark which I think was dumb but too each his own. The chart and historical valuation had room to around the $23-$25 area and then I would have liked to see the stock take a rest between $20 and $25 but alas .... not as yet meant to be.

I would think a license agreement in this space would be a fairly standard contract. From there it's about money and who is responsible for what, when and contributing what to the license. I'm sure territory a factor here too. Worldwide license, US license, European License. ..... all part of the discussion. When lawyers get involved it is always a crapshoot as to how long something like this would take even if the animal pharma is hot on it. Lawyers throw cold water on everything. LOL. Anyway, I sure hope Payne is talking license at this point. The results were announced August 23rd. Its more than 2 months at this point and Payne should surely be talking license by now. I'd also like to know if there really is more than 1 global animal pharma in the mix at this stage or if 1 has dropped out. That could factor in as well.

Bottomline ... it has been nearly 20 years ...... the stock has surely had it's ups and downs and I can't complain having extracted my share of profits out of it over the years ........ but at this point ........... SHOW ME THE MONEY !!! Long suffering ZIVO longs deserve to see the fruits of their patience and suffering.

The news about chicken diseases won't get better until a new novel method is established and goes main-stream to cure or prevent certain diseases, in this case Coccidiosis. Lets knock this problem out and move to the next project

Interesting to see 17,250 warrants trade today around the 50 cents area. Quite a bit of action for the warrants. According to the tape most of that was buys. Been action on them the last couple days.

I think the stock is worth north of $50 on coccidiosis license alone. Those warrants would look pretty sweet at a stock price over $50. =)

The battle at $20 area continues ... stupid but it is what it is.

Chart setting up interestingly for a move to happen here shortly ... potentially. Technicals are now off the "roof" after the nice sustained move ... and moving averages are climbing quickly. Last 2 weeks of trading the chart is forming a "wedge' ..... and we are coming into the apex of the wedge here shortly. If we had normal trading I would anticipate a sharp move coming soon ..... but trading here is sporadic at best and hard to judge.

Definitely like that 2700 share bid at $18.50. And all the MMs are clustered around it.

C'mon Payne .... bring that coccidiosis license home.

Yeah, Tony I agree ZIVO obviously is working behind the scenes on something it appears (i.e the recent run up and insider buys...) and you would think there would be something they could put out to the public.

Trump said today he is putting RFK in charge of food and drugs. Any pharma company should be looking for natural algae ingredients if Trump wins. Payne should be on the phone now talking Zivo up to RFK. Also I assume with Ohio connections Maggiore knows how to get in touch with Vance.

Come on Grandpa P. Do your job and get a licensing deal signed. Get your contracted IR team to, I don’t know, maybe outreach to current and potential investors. Zivo Life appears to be dead or at least no recent posts on Instagram.


Assuming they’re actually able to produce in large quantities (of course no updates on production), this should be $60 a share. Maybe Yaldoo and Maggiore are ready to start making money.

Did fast search on USDA website for research grants on coccidiosis.

Obvious USDA provides research funding. This post is mostly about bird flu but coccidiosis is mentioned at the bottom.

It certainly would be nice for USDA to step up here with some funding for ZIVO as they have claimed jurisdiction over their product candidate. That would be sweet indeed !! But dunno if ZIVO has reached out to the USDA for some funding. That would be interesting to know. I would think the USDA would be very interested in seeing a non antibiotic solution come to market for coccidiosis.

It is funny you mention "governments will want to throw money at any company that is at the forefront". I assume you are talking about gov't research / innovation grants. Are you aware of these type grants for coccidiosis ??? I am all for free money !!

The reason it is funny to me ..... in my past conversations with Dahl, I more than once asked why ZIVO wasn't applying for govt research grants for anything. His response was classic Dahl .... that he didn't feel that was right way to go and didn't want to be constrained by the potential limitations that might be attached to any grants. At the time ...... without saying it directly ...... I pretty much said WTF ..... here you are a company with no money going nowhere fast .... and you don't wanna apply for free money cause you might be restricted with its use in some way ?????? CLOWN. This is one of the reasons that I started commenting that Dahl needed to get the boot long time ago.

Anyway ZIVO has just about all it's eggs focused on the coccidiosis bucket. Something that i also talked to Dahl about .... focus on getting one thing done quickly instead of trying to develop multiple lines at same time. Of course this isn't happening quickly but the focus is clear. It feels like they are only trying to fund what is needed for now ..... presumably to get them to a license. So I am on board with that and clearly the insiders are putting their own money at risk here. I think it is bullish even after what the stock price has done the past year.

$20 isn't even getting the stock back to its historical valuation. Land that license, and it's anyone's guess where the stock price ends up. I think I said it before but need to see terms but this stock should absolutely be no less than $50 on landing that license given the limited number of shares out.

Amigo, I agree you can't blame a few sellers at the 20 level. The run from .42 to low 20's this past year has been impressive so I totally get taking some cheddar off the table...But, we still have buying support (Yesterday was further evident) and we are back to nipping at/near 20

As for for other poultry ailments ZIVO could solve - WHO KNOWS? But they are now in a category by themselves in solving Coccidiosis with an ALL NATRUAL ingredients. IMO this is the gateway to a new industry/future in solving the WORLDS poultry CRISIS. If ZIVO can solve Coccidiosis with there algae strains then what else could there products be used for?

I'm just saying ZIVO is at the front door of a poultry epidemic and governments will want to throw money at any company that is at the forefront.

Which other disease are you thinking ZIVO's product candidate might be useful against besides coccidiosis ? And certainly agree that bird flu grabs a majority of the headlines.

As to the stock, it still seems there are buyers scooping up stock so far. The difference presently is more sellers stepping to the window. Again can't blame them but appears they are slowly being taken out. We haven't yet been able to get back to the magic $20 level due to sellers stepping in front of a 2000+ shares offer still sitting at the $20 level. But we shall see what transpires.

I am still standing pat. Be nice if ZIVO would communicate on just about anything right now. Obvious that we all want to see a license deal but I'm sure there is little if anything they can say on that if they are in fact in discussions with a major animal pharma. Obviously, this is this company's list (Other google searches will give you different answers) but this only deals with farm animals and probably has a pretty good read on the market. My guess Coccidiosis and maybe one other ailments could be candidates for ZIVO's product(s)

Profit taking is healthy. Bound to happen. So not really concerned someone putting in what looked like a market sell ... (dumb for a stock like this but whatever). So one position cleaned out. Another sitting at $20 still. The close for $16+ yesterday was only a 100 share sell late afternoon. Most of the action was still in the $19 range.

Honestly I am and have been part of groups that find and invest in microcaps ... been doing it for decades ..... and have owned a number of stocks that were as small as ZIVO and had as few shares as ZIVO outstanding. These traded maybe a couple hundred to a couple thousand a day. Wide spreads. So I am no stranger to it. It is basically all about your mentality. Are you an "investor" .... or are you a trader. As Weasel has been pointing out, a "trader" isn't gonna bother. An investor on the other hand .... that is much less an issue and it is more about prospects, communication and execution. If the company executes its vision and communicates good and bad ..... the stock price will perform .... especially so once new investors start to find it. More or less the very early stages of a growing company looks different.

Also not concerned with the insider buys and the "news" situation being 30 days. I agree that ZIVO might not have any idea and a company makes and offer of license or buyout ... they'd be obligated to disclose. That is an external situation. I believe the selling could be partially the result of those buys ... strangely enough .... due to their lower price. But I'm 99% sure that ZIVO private sales are made at a standard weight average price over a historical number of days so that all are treated equally. So obviously the stock been in an uptrend so those prices been rising of late. I think the insider buys are bullish. Especially Payne buying when he has NEVER purchased the stock previous and he's been associated with the company for around a decade.

I see you note coccidiosis as second largest poultry ailment. What are you putting #1 ?
