More news this morning on how experts questioning the strategy of culling chickens to combat bird flu. It is not working and driving up egg prices. Wouldn’t it be great if we had a CEO who was able to articulate a message and get on podcasts to explain how there is a natural treatment that reduces transmission? Or a CEO who understands the power of social media to reach decision makers especially in this White House? Instead we have a grandpa with a “golden Rolodex” which has gotten zero exposure or funding partners. Time for new leadership who understands how to be a CEO in 2025.

Let’s hope grandpa wakes up and tells shareholders the plan for Zivo to be a part of this solution. We do not need another missed opportunity like Covid. Find a partner with money and let’s go.

A whopping seven shares traded so far. Glad to see the Atlantic City conference was fruitful. Grandpa must have been as articulate as past presentations explain value proposition of investing in Zivo.

Market certainly is not impressed with the geriatric CEO. Handful of shares trading and trending down.

Hardly. Just the facts. Comparing Zivo to Zoetis in the bird flu lane is just downright dumb.

If ya don't know how long ZIVO been working specifically on coccidiosis .... not my problem. And isn't the right question. The fact is ... at this point in time they have garnered USDA oversight and have done all the necessary testing needed to gain a license with a company that can bring it to market .... all since Payne took over for Dahl. The "geriatric" seems to have a clue and has "attracted the interest of several global animals health companies". Not my words. Payne's words.

The question is whether they monetize it now .... or not ...... and that is all that matters.

Why don't you also add the timeline for Zoetis vaccine development eh ??? Zoetis been working on bird flu vaccines since ...... 2001 ..... and more recently since 2022 for current variant. And is piggybacking on previous approvals. Over 20 YEARS of work

Curious how you know mgmt is blowing this opportunity. The avian flu opportunity was announced literally just a few weeks ago. And a second trial is already in process.

This stuff doesnt happen overnight. And you've zero idea what this mgmt is or isn't doing with this particular product candidate outside of what has been announced.

You have a company that doesn't know what social media is. Been that way a long time. Don't see it changing under Payne. He's old school. That isn't his style and these guys don't have enough to talk about on a regular basis to keep a social media gig going anyway.

They do seem to find a way to shoot themselves in the foot whenever possible still ...... I don't get it .... like releasing last PR after 430PM on a Thursday evening.

I mean .... LOL .... DUH ..... you sent out a PR I assume you'd want people to read it. Pretty sure you can designate the exact time you want a PR to hit the wires. But everyone's pretty much gone home at 430 except those hanging around for earnings calls this time of year.

Just another reason I lean more each day towards selling the company. ZIVO cannot really "drive" anything the way it is currently set up. I don't see them proving out 1 vertical and then another and another. Too slow. No money. Not enough talent and totally reliant on external partners. The algae and its isolates in the proper hands can drive this thing into multiple verticals much faster than ZIVO. All these major pharmas both human and animal are looking for their next product candidates and ZIVO's got one. $100 is too cheap for buyout for potential verticals in human and animal health but the problem is ZIVO hasn't fully proven anything outside of coccidiosis. I think the Zoetis bovine mastitis tests were positive but I never squeezed out of Dahl why they didn't move forward. If I'm ZIVO and that is in a place that can be brought back to the forefront while "several" animal pharmas are looking .... I'd damn sure be pulling that out of the back room too and calling Kristen Peck ... who I know Payne knows .... and asking "wassup". Chickens, birds, dairy cattle .... all big problems.

I'm not really surprised ...... ZIVO typically under promises and some day delivers. Timelines are a joke with this company and always have been.

Payne thus far hasn't really offered timelines for things although he did step out and say in the December PR he was expecting to land a license for coccidiosis by the end of the 1st qtr. So that's still 6-7 weeks away. But then there is this presentation given at the MicroCap conference ..... and it sez "1H" ...... i.e. end of June. (slide 14)

IMO ....... there has been some shifting in the timing and language being used. Amigo Mike, want to thank you for providing great observations all the time spent on summarizing various PR and other corporate publications. I got to meet Mike at an Annual Investor meeting in Detroit I think in 2013. Also to others who have offered interesting comments. After a very long time associated with ZIVO, going back to HEPI days, I have exited the position. I do hope that the latest information will be very positive for the company and the Investors!

Mike- I'm still convinced this 'action' we see on most days in ZIVO is one (or two, at most) parties tossing shares back and forth to "paint" the tape/chart the way they want...creating the illusion of demand/selling, etc on any given day.

Volume is just way too low and daily chart is just too perfect looking to be otherwise imo.

I'm still of the opinion, there will be no guessing as to whether something has truly transpired...as we'll see true, real volume coming into the stock.

Bid got dumped on while maintaining $22 offer. I guess folks aren't willing to hold on here.

Bid is at $20 this morning. Better than it has been. Size bid of 2000 shares ..... and warrants getting action at higher prices as well.
No real way to know if conference does or doesn't do anything. Ultimately it is about delivery and execution at this point.

ZIVO in talks with at least 1 and maybe 2 global animal pharmas. That in itself IMO warrants at least a $25 stock price based on historical valuation alone and being at the point of generating a license. I think there is more here than meets thr eye .... but I'm just a lone voice in the vast wilderness of the stock market and my own read on ZIVO. Means nothing.

So ... we wait ......

Honestly I take ZIVO at it's word regarding your quote. Payne clearly is very conservative about what he releases publicly. So "whatever happened to this idea" ..... it should be in motion right now. Tis why I think the action in the stock should be better and frankly still think it should already be above $25.

So at face value ..... we mushrooms should be thinking that ZIVO may be in receipt of a formal licensing offer from a global animal health company by now ... given that tomorrow is the end of January. Whether ZIVO is required to inform investors of receiving a licensing offer ..... I don't think they are obligated to share that unless potentially a specific letter of intent is agreed upon and signed which I think would get PR'd. And unfortunately an LOI is nothing more than 2 companies agreeing to discuss it ... it isn't binding. They of course WOULD be obligated to share if an agreement for a license is actually signed.

But my thinking here is .... lawyers ..... let's say ZIVO does have a licensing offer in hand right now from 1 .. or even more global animal health companies. If more than 1 involved if I am Payne I am not going to take first offer to hit the table. I'm going to play all angles. I don't know if ZIVO has engaged any experts to evaluate the value of a license for poultry and what an appropriate offer should be. Dunno if license request would be for more than poultry as there are closely related species and others that I'm sure are easy to test .... would it be territorial ...... what restrictions if any. My point being ...... I seriously doubt a license deal is offered and signed instantly. Lawyers, fine print, scope, valuation, who pays for what, who gets what .... etc etc etc ...... has to be gone over with fine tooth comb and of course both parties need to come to an agreement. So what I'm getting at is how prepared is ZIVO in understanding what the value of the license is and how long does it take lawyers to fiddle with the language and agree to terms ??? Notice ZIVO said expects to enter formal "negotiations" in January and finalize by EOQ.

So we wait !

Some bid support remains but doesn't appear to be in any hurry to do anything. And seller backed up a bit ... but still reasonably close on the offer.

As noted the warrants went silent ... but today .... over 43K traded so far. Not sure what to make of that action.

Unfortunately I don't have the same positive vibes you do with regard owning the stock and "on the forefront of getting picked up nationally and potentially globally".
There still nobody interested in this stock other than the long time core of investors ....

Does ZIVO get some attention soon ? Dunno ......... I'd sure like to see it. Certainly would like to see PR closing a license with major animal pharma. And certainly would like to see ZIVO associated with avian flu .......... but ........ it's wait and see

I liked the BID support today too...hopefully it continues...
However, I have never been so deeply invested into a company that is on the precipice of being in the right spot at the right time. Poultry/Avian all on the news everyday now and ZIVO has been on the forefront of getting picked up nationally and potentially globally. In a racing pole position ZIVO is parked in the right spot.

I would suspect BID support will grow as word gets out about ZIVO. The investor presentations they plan on doing tomorrow will only help spread the word. However, the word just needs to land in the right hands...

Seems we are opening the day with a little bit of interest on the bid in the high $18s this morning ..... a small departure from the recent lower bids and no size being displayed on the offer. Is this the beginning of change in tone ? No one selling into it this morning.

We are reaching the end of January here ..... other than attending Microcap conference and presenting tomorrow afternoon .... some funding news via SEC reporting, not much to speak of. Looks alot like ZIVO spent 4th qtr cleaning it's financial house and setting things in order. They got rid of a small convertible with long time shareholder that used to be huge supporter. In the process of buying out incredibly awful co development participation agreements that partly underscore why Dahl had to go. These were incredibly bad ... last resort financing deals a few years ago .... that would have resulted in ZIVO paying out rouhgly 44% of revenues from licenses to those investors ..... meaning not able to use that revenue to advance business needs.

IMO ZIVO still isn't moving fast enough there and still isn't getting the name out there with what they are doing. I still think $18 is too cheap for where the company supposedly stands ... i.e. on the verge of a license for coccidiosis in chickens with a major animal pharma. But obviously that's just my opinion. Still haven't reached what had been the historical valuation of this company and its further along than ever.

I'd be surprised if the microcap conference stirs any buying. Action in the warrants has disappeared. Myself and everyone else in wait and see mode. I have been considering purchasing some shares .... but have not purchased or sold anything still. My now long term swing is sitting there staring me in the face daily asking me what I'm doing next LOL. Now stagnant for several weeks here. Have basically had too many other swing trade opportunities in other stocks so that's mainly why I have not stepped to the buy window here plus the cost of the trade was recovered long ago as posted here. So riding free.

My ZIVO wishlist:
1. Close license for coccidiosis in broiler chickens
1a. Whomever that is ... I'd like to see purchase of stock as part of the deal
2. Quite honestly I'd like to see license or some sort of agreement for the development of coccidiosis candidate for additional verticals (turkey, swine)
3 Get on the stick and bring next round of testing on avian flu. First test was for LPAI ..... I'd like to see something on HPAI. And given the initial results it seems like it is more about tweaking options
4. Funding funding funding ..... for the last year+ basically been insider funding for the most part. See 1a above. Avian Flu is HOT. There are millions and millions of dollars out there being more of less tossed away on non solutions at both state and federal level. ZIVO might just have something that supports and solution ....... they need to find a way to get some of these gov't grants. Unfortunately this is something I think takes a while and I don't think there is a "fast track" path to any of this type money ...... but ZIVO needs to be in the game and making noise here.
5. Sell the company ... I'll take $100+ a share (even though I think it is worth much more). ZIVO given its corporate structure is ripe for sale. A big detractor in my book .... there is no apparent succession plan for Payne. I believe he's in his late 70s. An he's old school. Need to understand the plan and badly needs visibility. Today's electronic age .... ZIVO isn't in the game at all but may have what we all think is a discovery in the inflammation space .... cause that is what all this is rooted in. And I just don't see how this company develops additional verticals and grows without long term leadership. I just don't see years and years more of testing and development of new verticals of which IMO ... there are numerous opportunities with ZIVO's product candidate.

Not the most ideal presentation time. Still scratching my head a bit regarding why doing this conference and Payne was not good at the last recorded conference.. Also does not appear like there is an option to listen to the conference presentations which doesn't help current investors much. These conferences are usually intended to stir up PP money. If they are discussing license with 1 or more major animal pharmas they should simply be asking them to buy some stock as part of the deal. It's petty cash to them. Don't need scumbag IBs in it. Get a license for coccidosis done and move ahead on avian flu should put stock price back on track towards $25 (and should be higher than that) and additional money can come from warrants that expire in a couple months.

Would be nice if ZIVO had news this week in front of that conference. Something fresh to talk about and get an investor interested.

Same as it always was. They cannot execute. No one is putting serious money in this if they cannot pull in revenue. The golden Rolodex is more like fool’s gold.

Just seems to me if they have to keep going to these conferences, looking for investors, no one is interested. What am I missing ?
