Well I did read just the other day, WU BA Superior Products has training sessions for all the store managers, they have to comply with the Corporate guidlines and part of that is the displaying of the company signs.

the conv stores tend to copy the look established years ago. they just use different colors. Some will use the same signs but leave the name off.

C Mart and Family Mart(Jia) are everywhere(lots of knock-offs with similar signs too).
I am guessing WuBaYou just isn't as saturated yet. I am always looking because Jia Mart doesn't carry my coffee. I usually end up shopping in some Ma&Pa shop.
Vending machines are a whole different market though, not as common in China as the are in US.
