I can't PM.

The symbol is GEVI.

The private company is Global CBD in Idaho. Huge hemp farm. Along with many connections per their Facebook and Instagram pages. NevadaSOS shows Joel Bourdeaux as new owner.

From following Global CBD the past several months it looks like they want to become a BIG operation. I think they've got the connections to do just thst.

Not too many took my GMOS (now FLHI) seriously. But it paid off handsomely. I think this can be better.

It's on their linked in pages. From what I remember one left in December and the other in January. Both got jobs in medical device companies in Minnesota.

OT if I'm not mistaken you are pretty involved in shells and reverse mergers.

I have a shell I like alot. Reminds me of one I bought from .08-.02 area and within a year was selling for .40.

This other one I think may be much better due to the owner of the private company buying preferred shares of the shell. Nevada filings show he's the new owner but otcmarkets hasn't updated yet.

I've messaged the new guy and they are working on things.

Does buying preferreds eliminate the need for the "control block"? If it does then I think this new one can be a 25+ bagger

Read something in passing in a chat last week about VSMD.

The Vasamed website is down.

I then learned Bartnik and Hopp left.

Not sure if it all means anything or not. But a shell with that SS can be a big mover in the future.

Looking forward to hearing. I'm surprised they haven't put out some PR's. The government contracts and sale of AcQtrac technology is some big stuff. Looks like they're focused on building shareholder value instead of pumping the stock price.

Anywhere in that range is an insane float! After looking through some of the links on here and learning more about the CEO I think $1 is very conservative PPS estimate. I haven't seen any other companies with this share structure at prices this cheap. I wonder how this has stayed under the radar for so long?

Only 30 million AS and 8 million OS. Not sure what float is but has to be very small. Recent $1 million contract. I think reasonable PPS is well over $1. Still doing more research myself here and looks very promising.
