Should I send this to Ken Williams? Yes or No!
For a CEO who claims he wants to raise shareholder value and not dilute the shareholder shares (float) you appear to be doing just the opposite and that is why am concerned. All those immediate unrestricted shares can any day be sold and raise the shareholder float which you claimed you would not dilute. Isn't this an oxymoron. And icing on the cake was almost immediate raising the AS to 10b. Counterproductive? Unless you use the low sale prices as leverage to actually pay the debtor less? Personally if I wanted to destroy a stock company I had I would do all of this that has been done to VGTL (raising the AS to 10b and selling all the way down to low trips .0002 after being over .002x) verbatim.

How can VGTL CEO (Ken Williams) make the statement that they are not diluting shareholder shares when they keep issuing unrestricted shares that should be restricted (right) before becoming unrestricted. Someone is selling lots of unrestricted shares to make the unrestricted shares go up by more then 200 million. And they do it at any price.
Many many shares have gone off at .0002 in large groups.
Is this legal? and Ethical? Is this what happened to the NOW Corporation? A concerned shareholder!
