Actually someone else got 25K today - I got the first 13K or so hence I only have a small amount invested here.

Still, would not take alot for upwards movement.

Sometimes with these the MMs will load up on teh shares at bottom and then run the stock.

Not saying that will happen here, just that it is a possibility

I am pretty sure I saw in the filings where the office in Florida was closed. They had it for 2 years or so if I read the filings correctly.

Bill would probably appreciate what you have to say about it all. I imagine he was all of today's volume.

Is this sub doing any work OUTSIDE of the oonsolidated? Geez, it's been so long. Now I can't remember.

Also, keep in mind that the moneys held in escrow for the closure of certain landfills. The company bills the account for work it does for post closure. If any money is left over when it is done, does transtech get to keep it? I am not totally sure, but I don't think they do. Do your own dd please.

Generic,

I no longer own this one. I sold my holdings this month. Some person or entity picked up just under 5% of the o/s. It was my oldest holding from 2002. LOL. Well, it'll probably go to the moon now. They were waiting all this time for me to sell. LOL!

I always thought a rm may be possibe with this stock. But I wonder if it is due to the uncertain legal actions that could arise in the future for Transtechs landfill operations.

Oh, I wonder if they are still paying for the office in florida?

Some of their filings are mind numbing.

i have a few low float goats, too.

This poor company has had a lot of hurdles to overcome. And it is amazing they have lasted as long as they have. Unfortunately, the litigation and the constant possibility of future litigation, has really hampered any positive movement forward imo. Even the major lloyds proceeds didn't do much for the stock price when it happened. As well as the final tax settlement(which they are paying off by installments) with the irs. The other unfortunate thing was the loss of all the litigation concerning scp and the monies held in escrow that trti thought should be theirs. Imo, they are still burning cash and running out of money. The loss of public quarterly and annual reports was a sign to me that it may be coming to a head. All in my non-professional opinion.

Now this could be a great momo play because of the low o/s and float. Maybe it will come. Maybe it won't.
