I emailed the company and the post amalgamated financial statements will be released on Monday, March 1, 2021 I've been told so it should look like a clean post-bankruptcy company now with very little debt.

Another GREEN day for True Leaf while most weed stocks got crushed today with RED.

Your right they issued a Clarification Press Release but that was not why this stock was moving. Clearly there are things going on in the background. I'm in it as well this is gonna move.

This had nice movement friday with no news..You say they have no grow rooms?They just let you inside ti sample the buds?

Buy, it looks like these guys have this back on the rail and moving forward to positive EBITA. Time to buy!

Nothing is wrong with it aside from the fact that it has two grow rooms with a total of eight lights and a completely unfinished upstairs. Zero ability to produce any amount of product whatsoever in the state it is in. Oh and no money to build out the remaining proposed canopy space.

What is wrong with the headquarters? They have a full running business and 3 licenses. It’s the beginning of a interesting story with huge potential

4. Marijuana grow facility should be up and running by end of spring.
5. This week, U.S. lawmakers again introduced legislation that would put an end to the federal prohibition of cannabis, allowing states to decide on their own marijuana policies without the risk of federal interference. The law in question, dubbed The Marijuana Justice Act, was introduced by Rep. Barbara Lee (D-CA) and Sen. Cory Booker (D-NJ), garnering 43 co-sponsors in the House and six others in the Senate in the last session.
