has selected a corporate auditor and completed a private placement
financing.
The Company is in a position to prepare audited financial
statements. Cutler & Co., LLC has been engaged to audit the
financial years of 2012 and 2013 once the 2013 management prepared
financial statements are completed and filed with OTC
Pinksheet.
The Company has successfully completed a private subscription
offering initiated in January 2014
which raised USD $1,234,000. The
$0.10 per unit offering consisted of
one share of TMMI common stock and one warrant to purchase one
additional share of TMMI common stock at USD $0.15 per share until December 31, 2019. This announcement shall not
