The last financials filed was the annual report for 2022 - the officers listed were proven that they didn't exist and SRGE reported they were killed in a attack from a drug cartel.

There was only ever one SRGE and it was an obvious fraudulent scam from the get-go.

What I remember is there was much confusion about which SRGE signed the contract. We were investing in a Northern Mexico site while a contract was signed from a Srge somewhere in lower South America. There's multiple SRGE's and we only discovered it at the very end. Yes, I lost.
