The last financials filed was the annual report for 2022 - the officers listed were proven that they didn't exist and SRGE reported they were killed in a attack from a drug cartel.

I bet if I call the Transfer agent they won't know they are still listed as the TA - as I have done that several times.

They don't have a 211 filed so no one will touch the shell because of the September 2021 changes to the 15c2-11.

SRGE is as dead as any shell no one hS tried to hijacked the shell.

Interesting is how scammers try to redirect the subject while proving $SRGE IS A SHELL, which means they are not an operating mining business. Also scammers trying to make people believe the Expert Market is actually better than what was formerly call the gray sheets, when in FACT, the Expert Market is the lowest level OTC Marketplace has to offer. And lastly the FALSE claim that people said the mine was worthless, WHEN IN FACT, people were always proving that Southridge did not own it, did not have concessions for it and their fake mining operation was, and still is, a total hoax.

There's multiple SRGE's and we only discovered it at the very end. Yes, I lost.

There was only ever one SRGE and it was an obvious fraudulent scam from the get-go.

What I remember is there was much confusion about which SRGE signed the contract. We were investing in a Northern Mexico site while a contract was signed from a Srge somewhere in lower South America. There's multiple SRGE's and we only discovered it at the very end. Yes, I lost.
