After a short Google search, I can't find anywhere William Tynan states he's a CPA. I think SPZI benefits from not having a CPA prepare their reports. It leaves lots of wiggle room for errors to blame on "just an accountant". Wouldn't you expect a multi-billion dollar company to have a CPA ( or CPA firm) tracking their financials and preparing their reports?

I have multiple problems with the financial reports.
What type of depreciation method is this? 21% depreciation in the first quarter of ownership.
Park purchased 510 Hamilton Street for $18,232,526 on July 18 2024. Accumulated depreciation was $3,864,531
three months later.

You'd think any competent CPA would question that!

The problem I have with that financial statement is that, while they claim 110 million in revenue, they have no accounts receivable related to any sales.

Its just retailing selling. THere is a crazy number of shares in the float. With unsolicited quoting you will not see all orders on level 2.

Market maker GTSM (GTS aka Global Trading Systems, LLC). Look 'em up. MM's like them, NITE, Citadel and others are the only ones with the financial muscle to short shit tickers like SPZI. IMO if they think this POS will fall further they'll short it even more. No dinky retail speculators here have the financial power to short OTC shares. The cost is insanely prohibitive and the rewards minimal and hardly justify the risk. Don't believe me try shorting this yourself.
