That isn't true - "Yes IRS does assess likelihood on Financials"
Not if the IRS is doing an audit.
Why don't you post the IRS code where - "IRS does assess likelihood on Financials". If you are a CPA this should be easy.
The IRS needs to know about the Spooz net profit for Q3 of $6,103,873.
Corporate taxes would be approximately $1,281,840.
But if the IRS does an audit Park will have to provide the details of the COGS, SGA and Professional Fees.

There isn't anyway that you are a CPA - so you believe the Astra audited financials.
Why don't you explain to everyone why the $199,790 wasn't in the 2023 audited Annual Report?
"CLEARWATER, FL / ACCESSWIRE / December 26, 2023 / JP Energy Global, PTE, LTD, a wholly owned subsidiary of JP 3E Holdings, Inc., formerly Spooz, Inc. (OTC:SPZI), is pleased to announce executing a $53,460,000 commodity contract for Grade A Chicken Paws... received and confirmed by the seller through KEB Hana Bank Singapore for a total of 5 refrigerated containers for chicken paws of which further details on all associated contracts will be released soon. Two payments to support the contract in the amounts of $99,890 USD and $99,900 USD were deposited to the JP Energy Global account, at KEB Hana Bank Singapore."
But the $199,790 didn't appear in the 2023 audited Annual Report.
According to Park the unnamed buyer deposited $199,790 - and wasn't in the 2024 Q1.
I am going to help you understand a stinky pinky financial statement.
For Q3
SGA - $2,928,468
Professional Fees - $530,571
Q2
SGA - $207,634
Professional Fees - $424,852
This is one place insiders hide money gifting themselves.
I have a lot more - but as a fake CPA why don't you answer those questions.
