Finally trading but what a joke. A spread from .38 to .78, volume of 100, and the stop sign and shell designation is still up. TDA won't trade but will let you sell if you want to.

TDA has it going for 1.00 per share and I know that is far from correct!

TD Ameritrade says there is a "discrepancy" with the reverse split
thus preventing not allowing the following
- shares to be correctly adjusted based on the 40:1 reverse split
- buying or selling of SOFE/CarePay Inc stock

Are other brokerage firms acting similarly with TD?
Is this a major or minor issue?

Thoughts anyone?

It would appear that it is trading, but I wonder where. I do know that Ameritrade will let you sell, but they will not let you buy as long as the stop sign is up on the OTC site.

I think it stays with the company whether you call it Tomato or Potato or Snake-In-The-Grass. It is not the name that has to be correct, but the things that make up the name and only time can correct the sins of the past. At least that has been my experience.

Jeez - I agree with you - if someone is representing CarePay, you would think
they would answer the phone in a more professional manner
Trading in September would fall in line with the 20 day window when
trading a symbol. If the OTC has a block on ADNY/ADNYD as CarePay for now, but would that carry
over to whatever the new symbol will be in September?

Well, I can tell you this:

I just called their phone number of (713) 900-1817 and rather than a cheerful receptionist saying "Care Pay, how can I direct your call?" I received an Arabic sounding voice that answered "Hello". I asked if it was CarePay and he said yes. I then asked if it was a private or public. He said Public and I asked what the symbol was and he said ADNYD, but it is changing. I told him that there appeared to be limited information on line and he said that he did not anticipate that it would be trading again until September.

Having recently gone through something similar with SPOI, I can tell you what happened there. It had a stop sign and it remained until they had two quarters of reporting and all of the other filings. As long as the stop sign was up at OTC, Ameritrade will only allow you to close an existing account. You cannot buy more stock. Others apparently do the same.

So, I guess we are on hold till September or beyond. I can tell you that I didn't get any warm fuzzies about the phone call, but at least someone IS answering the phone.

Well, here's my thinking - and I'm hoping it's right
If not, money down the drain
The current symbol is ADNYD. This has no resemblance or implied association
With CarePay Corp. if CarePay is to become a real company, and a profitable one at that,
there is no way they would keep the current symbol of ADNYD
My guess is that this is a paperwork deal and ADNY/ADNYD will be a symbol of the best
...and any baggage associated with that symbol would disappear as well
These are my thoughts - I hope this is correct or at least as close to the truth as possible
Will know soon enough - 2 weeks I would imagine

Look up Adino Energy - doesn't exist - dig deeper into the legal paperwork
There will be a new symbol that will reflect the CarePay Corp - it just makes sense
They will not be selling under ADNYD that's for sure
Remember - you thought this was a dead deal back a few months ago
Change that mindset - this is going to take off

You may be right. I was speaking of a normal reverse split where eventually the symbol goes back to what it was. In this case like you I would expect a symbol like CPAY or something else that reflects CarPay after 20 business days.

Not sure you are correct - after 20 days the symbol will take on CPAY or SOAF - not sure which symbol it will be but ADNY is gone - they will in all probability officially launch, promote and market CarePay -

A reverse split has occurred. ADNY will trade as ADNYD for 20 trading days, then will revert to ADNY. This is to prevent confusion regarding pre-split vs. post-split shares.

Not unusual for there to be a very wide spread the first couple days after a reverse split when then symbol gets a D.

Along with the RS - my guess is that it would be coming any day now
As you mentioned - why go through the process of a RS

I don’t have any thoughts because I haven’t followed in a long time but to get a RS approved takes documents and signatures and Finra doesn’t just approve them without the correct info. Sometimes companies have to go back and mend years worth of filings to even get one thru.

Now why they did not file a name change with the RS is quite odd since the name was changed in their state filings. So it still remains to be seen who actually filed the RS and worked with Finra.

Clearly couldn’t of been a hijack. They are on the Finra Daily list for a 1-40 reverse split tomorrow. You cannot pull that of hijacking.

Apparently that was a hijack / pump and dump scam. You may have read about several people that were hauled into federal court for hijacking shell companies and representing that they were real companies coming back to life. This was one of those so no, nothing came of it for shareholders other than a royal screwing. And that without even a reach-around!

So, does anyone have any verifiable knowledge about when some of this pesky stuff will be filed so that this beast can take off?
